So, the other day I had the opportunity to give the gift of laughter. April 1st in Southern Ontario was an overcast day, gloomy and darkish. I set my clothes for work out the night before like I always do, to streamline my morning routine, when venturing into the actual office. I remembered to putContinue reading “April Fool’s Day 2022”

Drawdown Design Project on Ologies
Doing my part to spread the word about the positive impact we can all have on climate change, sustainability and gender equality… "When women get access to education – and we’re primarily talking about women in countries other than Western countries – they tend to rise into leadership roles and they just… They tend toContinue reading “Drawdown Design Project on Ologies”
Henry — A Happy Story
I met Henry in July this year. He came to me with his brother and sister, Silas and Buffy, each one of them so small and spunky and trusting. Freewill
From my sketchbook… a great line from a Rush song. This is a doodle, really, but I think the line and concept is worthy of more exploration.
More Red Flowers
My first large-scale flower painting in a few years 60″ x 24″. Also the first time I haven’t sketched it out obsessively ahead of time. I dragged a canvas out of storage and with a photo of some pink roses on hand, I painted this composition freestyle, using crimson shades to complement my seasonal decor.
